Organic Chai Green Tea:

Bring some fresh water to a boil. Place 1-2 tea bags in an 8-16 oz cup or mug, add boiling water and steep for 4-5 minutes or to taste. Add honey, agave nectar, or sweetener of your choice. For a delicious creamy drink, steep tea in only 1/2 required water, then pour equal amount of hot scalding or steamed milk or cream over hot tea. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spices.

Organic Cranberry Orange Rooibos Tea:

Hot Tea: Bring some fresh water to a boil. Place 1 tea bag in an 8 oz cup or mug, add boiling water, and steep for 4-5 minutes or to taste. If desired, add sweetener to taste.

1 Quart Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of fresh boiling water over 4-5 tea bags in a quart size container. Steep 10 minutes; then add 2 more cups of fresh cold water. Serve over ice. If desired, flavor with lemon or/and your favorite sweetener.

Organic Peach White Tea:

Hot Tea: Bring some fresh water to a boil. Place 1 tea bag in an 8 oz cup or mug, add boiling water, and steep for 4-5 minutes or to taste. If so desired, stir in honey, agave nectar, or your favorite sweetener and a dash of cream or steamed milk.

Sun Tea: Pour 4 cups of fresh water into a large glass jar. Drop in 4 tea bags. Tighten lid securely on jar, then place in direct sun for 4-6 hours or until desired strength. Serve over ice. If desired, flavor with lemon or/and your favorite sweetener.
