INGREDIENTS: Organic Domestic Peppermint

Brewing Suggestion for Organic Peppermint Tea:

Hot Tea: Bring some fresh water to a boil. Place 1 tea bag in an 8 oz cup or mug, add boiling water, and steep for 4-5 minutes or to taste.

1 Quart Iced Tea: Pour 2 cups of fresh boiling water over 4-5 tea bags in a quart size container. Steep 10 minutes; then add 2 more cups of fresh cold water. Serve over ice. If desired, flavor with lemon or/and your favorite sweetener.
